        I have a concealed cistern - will Splashi fit?

        The bidet fits standard toilets (two-piece toilets).

        If you have a concealed (in-wall) cistern, the bidet will only fit if there is a water connection near the toilet to connect it to (an angle stop valve).

        You can have a professional plumber install an angle stop valve for a concealed cistern.

        What are Splashi's dimensions?

        Product dimensions:

        Overall width (including control knob): 39.7 cm

        What's the difference between rear wash, feminine wash and self-cleaning mode?

        Rear wash cleans your bum. (Pretty obvious, right?)

        Feminine wash is designed for women's private area, and also makes it easy for men to rinse their goods.

        (FYI, this is really important, and we recommend all men rinse their package every day to feel completely clean and confident.)

        The last mode is self-cleaning, where the bidet sprays the nozzles to clean off any residue before the next use. We recommend keeping the bidet and toilet clean at all times.

        Can I control the water pressure?

        Yes! You can increase or decrease your Splashi's pressure by turning the round dial.

        The further you turn the dial from the forward-facing center position, the stronger the stream.

        My Splashi isn't aimed right. How do I adjust it so it hits the right spot?

        Toilet shapes and bum sizes are all different.. and that's OK. But as they say - size does matter.

        To adjust the bidet, loosen the toilet seat bolts and rotate the round bidet washers until the holes are centered.

        Make sure the nozzles are close to the back of the toilet seat but not touching it. Before tightening, we recommend checking that everything is straight.

        Can't get the bidet lined up? Keep rotating and repositioning the nozzles forward, back or sideways until you find the right position for you.

        Once you reach the position you want, tighten the toilet seat bolts and celebrate.

        Do I need electricity to connect my bidet?

        No need! Splashi is 100% eco-friendly and doesn't require electricity.

        Can Splashi be installed and removed easily?

        Yes! Installing and removing it is simple and takes less than 15 minutes! If you move, you can always take your bidet with you.

        Is there a warranty?
